This website is operated by Pawmute ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting pawmute.com or placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your state of residence, to place an order on this site.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and include no hidden fees. We try to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to change prices at any time without notice. If an order is affected by a pricing error we will contact you before charging you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is out of stock, or where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

5. Intended use

The Pawmute paw trimmer is a grooming tool for household pets. It is not a medical device. Use it as described in the included instructions, supervise your pet at all times, keep it away from children, and stop use if your pet becomes distressed. If your pet has a skin condition, injury or matted fur, consult a veterinarian or professional groomer first. We are not liable for injury resulting from misuse.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, including a correct shipping address and a working email address, so we can complete your order and contact you if needed.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, layout and design — is the property of Pawmute or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Third-party payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
