Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There are no handling fees and no surprise charges at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are prepared and dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 4–8 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5–9 business days. Remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take a few days longer.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to begin updating after it is issued.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at fisherlogan3508@gmail.com and we will correct it if the parcel has not yet shipped. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost, stuck or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us. We will either send a replacement free of charge or refund you in full — your choice.

Taxes and duties

All applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. There are no import duties on domestic US orders.
