Pawmute is intended for routine grooming of small areas around the paws. It is not a full-body clipper. Coat type, tangles, and your pet's tolerance affect how a session goes. For tight mats or sensitive skin, speak with a groomer or vet first.
Can I use it to remove mats?
Use Pawmute to keep excess paw fur tidy before it becomes difficult to manage. Don't pull on knots or slide a blade under a tight mat. Dense, close-to-skin, painful or extensive matting is a job for a professional.
What if my pet is nervous?
The trimmer has a low-noise motor, but every pet responds differently. Introduce the tool gradually, use treats and breaks, and stop if your pet shows distress. Quiet does not mean silent or that every pet will immediately accept it.
